A huge thank you to Tim,Matt & Chloe After a couple of problems with my V3 which I have to say was down to user error! I would 100% recommend Woodseats, their customer service is second to none ( which is a rarity these days) they really do care about their customers, nothing is too much trouble.

I bought this machine to replace my 44 year old Frister and Rossman. Really helpful sales staff who sold me what I needed and didn’t try to sell me a machine for more money. They are more interested in customer satisfaction than the sale. Also very patient with helping me get to grips with the different features. An excellent machine with all the modern features that are now available. A joy to have an automatic needle threader and a preset reverse stitch. Still working on some of the stitches but a great machine.

Just bought my Pr 1055x - what brilliant service really helpfull, no pushy sales talk, Ordered it Monday and Tim and Tracy delivered it all set up on Thursday, fantastic I will go to them when i need anything else and for service on my machine

Thank you so much for the trolley bags for my Stellaire which arrived this morning. Usual excellent service. Its a pity they do not include what goes where and why......have just spent an hour trying to sort it out, got the machine bag made and how the embroidery unit bag fits on the top securely top, but just now cannot figure out how the embroidery unit fits in and what the two black shapes are for. I guess they are fpr protection, but for what eludes me for the moment. See you all at the retreat. Anne.

brother Innovis v3 thank you so much for all your help in the shop.I called un anounced on the off chance you would have the Innovis v3 and i was'nt disapointed.I am thrilled with it.I managed to update it, with i must say a little difficulty...but i new you would help if i needed it.
