Having bought a Brother sewing machine from Argos, it broke down within a month. Argos were unable to offer any assistance due to Covid 19. I was directed to woodseats sewing machines by Brother Head Office. The service I received was exemplary. Machine was collected, repaired and returned within days. Rather than complain, I write to extol the service supplied by Woodseats. Thank you.

A new Luminaire has found its way into my sewing room thanks to a great part exchange on my two previous machines. Tim and Chloe delivered and set up the machine and Chloe was very patient with my constant questions and demo’d some of the differences in the machine from my old V3 so I could quickly get going and make something! The bag of goodies that they brought with them was a nice surprise too! Woodseats’ commitment to customer service is second to none and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for a sewing machine. Nothing is too much trouble, there’s always an answer to any questions and always the customer’s best interests at heart-no hard sell ever, just good advice and help. A company with a well deserved top class reputation!

Can’t fault the Woodseats team. I was 90% sure what I was going to buy before I arrived, after a discussion when I wasn’t pushed one way or other but given facts and answers to my questions I placed my order. Then unlike my other machines that just arrived by courier for me to figure out, this was brought to the door by the team, put together and then I got individual direction on basic functions and essentials explored . Would recommend 100% and will revisit again for all my sewing needs

What a lovely experience we had yesterday when we went up to Woodseats to collect my new machine. Nothing was too much trouble and Chloey was very patient and answered all my questions. I had a very interesting chat with Tim about machines from the 80's when the first computerised machines came in. Shows my age a bit. Wish I could give you 10+ Anne.

I have just bought the Luminaire and am exceptionally pleased and satisfied with the package I received, I part exchanged a previous embroidery/sewing machine and the money offered for it was second to none without having to haggle at all . Its not often you find a dealer, who has the best interest of their customers at heart, but now I have found one, I will be returning for all my sewing needs in the future
