Fantastic service . I have recently taken up quilting and needed a new sewing machine. I was recommended to go here. I thought I knew the machine I wanted. Gwen spent an hour going through what I needed and recommending the machine that would suit me best. She patiently demonstrated the features of the machine. This machine was less expensive than the one I thought I needed and there was no pressure to buy the more expensive model. I was also given an excellent discount on the additional quilting kit without asking for it. All in all, an excellent experience!

Many thanks for forwarding me the oil for my Bernina 770QE (even though it would appear this is now something that Bernina do not enclose with their machines) and the sale of the machine itself.
