I can not rate this shop highly enough, I have purchased the brother over locker from them and had 2 issues since, 1 was a fault of my own not knowing how to properly use the machine, the 2nd was a breakage. On both occasions I have been met with a pleasant welcome and a fast professional response to my issues, It is the place to go if you want a fast friendly reliable service that you can trust.

Fantastic buying experience. Staff from initial contact were interested in helping you make the best purchase for your needs, not necessarily the most expensive purchase. Time was not an issue, they were happy to spend time showing you different options and allowing you to try the different machines and compare the stitching from different machines on the same material. On arrival at the store I had a particular manufacturer and model set in my mind! After discussing what I wanted from the machine and having the options laid before me without rush and without push my mind totally changed on the model I needed which actually cost me less money than I had set out to spend.

Good old fashioned excellent customer service! Dropped in to enquire about updating my sewing machine. Tim was more than happy to help with great knowledge and advice. He set me to work straight away on trying out my intended new gift to myself. I spent far more than I intended, but I forgive him... It's great to hear someone passionate about the products they sell. The machine came earlier than expected, so another excited sleepless night was avoided. I have now unpacked my beautiful machine and look forward to many happy hours of sewing. Thanks again to Tim and the team.

I highly recommend this company. Previously had my sewing machine serviced here 10 to 15 years ago. Since then my machine has been used to exhaustion! It developed a few wear and tear problems so I did not hesitate in returning it here. Work completed in a few days to the same highest standard, with unbelievabley very little increase in cost.
