Open Box machines - 

After a machine has been opened for customer's to have a go on in store, we can no longer advertise these machines as brand new. We shall inspect all of these machines before they are advertised to be resold on and dispatched.

The machines shall come with full manufacturer's warranty and standard accessories, unless we state otherwise in a machine's description.

Ex Display machines - 

These are our display models, which have been on display in our renowned showroom. These tend to usually have very minimal use, making them a perfect choice if you're wanting a particular machine, but cannot stretch to the brand new price they come at! They will come as a new machine would be as complete, with full manufacturer's warranty and unlimited aftersales support.

Preloved machines -

These machines are trade-ins from customer upgrades, they will be as complete as possible before dispatch and are fully serviced, usually with 1 year warranty, although sometimes this warranty may be more or less, depending on what machine it is. In most cases, they shall have original packaging, unless stated otherwise and are available for mailorder, unless stated otherwise.
