With threading ports that are connected to the end of each looper by tubes, at the press of a button, the air sends the thread through the looper. - Quick Change Levers The AIRFLOW 3000 has pair of quick-change levers for the rolled hemstitch feature, and a switch that will activate and deactivate the cutting knife before the edge is wrapped with thread. (serged).
- Safety Sensor and Error LED When following conditions occur, an open fabric cover or front cover, the presser foot is raised, the AIRFLOW 3000 serger will not work and an error LED light will come on.
- No Lint Build-up As the threads are constantly moved through tubes by the jet-air technology, fluff and lint are kept to a minimum so as not to build up and clog the lines

Built for speed it boasts an easy-to-use air threading system, advanced needle threader, quick release levers and stitching speeds of up to 1,300spm! This brilliant overlocker can achieve outstanding finishing touches with flatlock, overlock and rolled hem stitches on most speciality fabrics! Welcome a breath of fresh air in and worry not for threading, the threading ports are connected to the end of each looper by tubes, and at the touch of a button, a blast of air sends the threads through the loopers, so it's a cinch to change thread colours.
- Look sharp, the Airflow 3000 will blow anything you’ve made before out of the water. Achieve the finest of finishes on knits, stretchy materials, sheer fabrics and even Lycra.
- Electronic air threader - simply insert your thread into the threading holes and ‘whoosh’ our air system guides it through the loopers for you.
- Stitch choice – choose between 4 thread overlock, 3 thread overlock narrow, 3 thread overlock wide, flat lock 2 thread, flat lock 3 thread, pin tuck, blind hem, rolled hem, narrow hem and lettuce edge.
- Stitch quality – stitch at speeds of up to 1,300spm! Use the dials to adjust stitch length and width as needed.
- Differential feed – with a differential feed ratio of 0.7 to 2mm you’ll get an outstanding stitch finish, no matter what fabric you’re working on.
- Instant rolled hem – quick-change levers will give you an instant rolled hem. Perfect for light and sheer fabrics. Choose between straight and wavy rolled hem.
- Avoid annoying clogs – smooth air technology keeps everything moving, so there’s no lint or fluff build up.
- Safety first - cover open? Raised presser foot? The machine won’t start! As an extra precaution, the safety sensor deactivates the cutting knife immediately, keeping you safe and protecting the loopers.
